Frequently asked questions.

Everything about how All Core brings your whole commercial real estate deal — parties, documents, forms, signatures, deadlines, and messages — into one shared workspace.

The basics

What is All Core?

All Core is a single shared workspace for commercial real estate transactions. Instead of running a deal across email, shared drives, separate signature tools, and spreadsheets, every party works from one place — with the documents, forms, signatures, deadlines, and messages for that deal all in one timeline.

Who is it for?

Anyone who touches a commercial deal. That's brokers and agents, clients (buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants), and real estate attorneys — plus every service provider a deal pulls in: escrow officers, title officers, loan officers, inspectors, surveyors, appraisers, contractors, and stagers. Each party gets a view tailored to their role, while everyone shares the same source of truth.

How is this different from email and shared drives?

Email scatters a deal across dozens of threads and there's no single "current" version of anything. All Core organizes everything around the deal itself — so the latest contract, the next deadline, who still needs to sign, and the full message history are always in one place, visible to the people who should see them.

Do I need to install anything?

No. All Core runs in your browser — just create an account and start a deal. Parties you invite can join from any device without installing software.

Deals & deal types

What types of deals can I run on All Core?

All Core handles the full range of commercial real estate transactions — both purchases and sales, and leases. You start a deal in the role you're playing: buyer, seller, landlord, or tenant (or the agent representing one). All Core then builds the right transaction timeline, document checklist, and party list for that deal type.

Can I run more than one deal at a time?

Yes. Run as many deals as you need, of any type, side by side. You might be buying one property, selling another, and leasing out a third — each is its own workspace with its own parties, documents, deadlines, and timeline.

Your deal team

How do I bring all the parties into a deal?

Create the deal, then invite each party by email and assign their role — buyer, seller, broker, attorney, lender, title, escrow, and more. They receive an invitation, join the workspace, and immediately see the documents and activity relevant to them.

Can I control who sees what?

Yes. Visibility follows role and permissions, so each party sees the files, forms, and conversations meant for them — not the entire deal by default. You decide what to share and with whom.

Do the people I invite need a paid account?

No. Everyone you invite — clients and counterparties alike — can participate, review, and sign for free. All Core is free for everyone on a deal, with no per-seat fees or subscriptions to manage.

Documents & forms

How does file storage work?

Every document for a deal — contracts, disclosures, title reports, inspection reports, and more — lives in the deal's Files area, organized and searchable. Because files are attached to the deal, there's always one current version and no hunting through inboxes.

What's the form library?

All Core includes every official Colorado CREC (Colorado Real Estate Commission) commercial form, pre-loaded and fillable. Pull a form into a deal and it auto-fills from the information already on the deal; then send it for signature — without leaving the workspace or rebuilding documents from scratch each time.

Can I upload my own documents?

Yes. Upload any PDF or document into a deal, share it with the right parties, and send it for signature when it's ready.

Signing

What is Quick Sign?

Quick Sign handles any document that isn't a CREC form. Drop in any PDF and All Core recognizes the form and adds the signature, initial, and date fields for you. Send it to one or more signers, track who has signed and who's outstanding, and store the completed copy right back in the deal — no separate signing tool required.

Can multiple people sign the same document?

Yes. Route a document to several signers, see real-time status as each one completes, and get notified the moment it's fully executed.

Deadlines & calendar

How does All Core help me stay on track?

Key dates — contingency deadlines, escrow milestones, and closing — live on the deal's calendar so the whole team works from the same timeline. You get reminders as dates approach, so nothing critical slips by.

Are deadlines shared with everyone on the deal?

Yes — that's the point. Instead of each party tracking dates in their own calendar, everyone sees the same milestones, which keeps the deal moving and avoids costly misses.

Messaging & AI

How does messaging work?

Conversations happen inside the deal, tied to the documents and dates they're about. That means the discussion, the file it references, and the deadline it affects all stay together — instead of being lost in someone's inbox.

What can the AI do?

Ask All Core anything from the command bar at the top of any page. Beyond finding the right document, clause, date, or detail, it can draft, fill, and send documents, manage parties, deadlines, and signatures, and take the next action across your deals — hands-free. Inside a deal, it knows that deal's full context.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. We do not use your documents, deal data, or client information to train AI models or for any purpose other than providing the platform to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Security & privacy

How is my data protected?

Access is role-based and scoped to each deal, so each party sees only what their role allows. We use encryption in transit and at rest, and you can require two-factor authentication at sign-in. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.

Do you sell my information?

No. We do not sell your personal information. Documents and deal data are used only to operate the platform for you and the parties you share them with.

Pricing & support

How much does All Core cost?

All Core is free. There are no subscriptions, per-seat fees, or add-ons — everything you need to run a deal is included. It replaces roughly $150/month of separate tools (file storage, e-signatures, transaction management, messaging, and calendar) at no cost. See the Pricing section for the full breakdown.
